2.    Take your prescribed medicines regularly
3.    Control your weight if it is increasing day by day
4.    Go to for a walk on daily basis minimum 30 min for a regular walk are must
5.    Choose foods low in salt and sodium
6.    Prepared a balanced food package for your daily routine
7.    Use spices and herbs instead of salt
8.    Eat more fruits, vegetables, grains, and low-fat dairy foods.
9.    Stop smoking
10.    Go to any enjoyment point with family once in a week to release tension of work
11.    slow down your angry behavior
12.    regular BP check up
13.    Do not increase your work burden 
14.    Be happy always face every matter of life with courage
15.    Try to avoid tension of small things in life
